Unscrambler

The Unscrambler is used to orient and convey bottles in an upright position for further process. The machine helps to reduce operator intervention by eliminating the need to manually align and orient bottles during operation. The unit is enclosed in a stainless steel / aluminium frame depending on requirement. Bottles are manually supplied to a bulk rear hopper from which a flighted belt controls the supply of bottles to an inclined drum with star wheel.

The rotation of the star wheel collects bottles in the outer pockets, elevating and sorting them. Correctly orientated bottles are transferred on to a Conveyor for further process.
