Semi Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine
The Semi Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine works on the indexing mechanism. Stationary nozzles are provided at each washing station while the bottle holding platform rotates which prevents cross contamination of water. Solenoid valves are provided for each station which ensures rinsing of the bottles only when the bottles are moved to the respective stations and the rinsing operation stops automatically when the bottles are moved.
It has an output of 60 to 90 bottles per minute depending on the size of the bottles, washing type and time required.
Semi Automatic Linear Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine
The machine has an arrangement to fix various syringes in order to fill different volumes. There is a “No Bottle No Fill” mechanism which avoids spillage while filling.
Semi-Automatic Cap Sealing Machine
Semi-Automatic Cap Sealing Machine consists of a sealing head assembly and bottle locating unit. Filled bottle has to be placed manually under the sealing head for sealing operation.
The output of the machine is 30-50 bottles per minute depending on operator skill. It is suitable for sealing ROPP / Screw / CRC caps from 22 mm to 32 mm with appropriate changeover.
Automatic Rotary Liquid Filling Machine
The machine works on the principle of rotary volumetric filling of glass, PET or HDPE bottles. The bottles are picked up at the filling station and move upward to fill the pre-determined volume automatically. After filling operation, filled bottles are passed through the discharge turret to the sealing machine.
Automatic Linear Liquid Filling Machine
The machine works on the principle of linear volumetric filling of glass, PET or HDPE bottles. Empty bottles are passed to the filling machine through a slat conveyor. The filling station fills a predetermined volume automatically.
Automatic Capping Machine
The machine is provided with cap feeder and S.S. Slat Conveyor. The filled bottle moves through a conveyor belt where they pick up caps from the cap shoe and move for the sealing operation automatically through an indexing mechanism star plate assembly.
