Cap / Cup Elevator Unit

The Cap / Cup Elevator Unit is used to elevate and convey the required ROPP / plastic caps or measuring cups directly into the middle chute of the respective machine for further sealing process. The caps / measuring cups are manually loaded into the hopper of the elevator unit, which then pass into a vertical belt which conveys the caps / measuring cups to the required height from where they are pushed through compressed air into the middle chute of the machine to be sealed onto the incoming bottles. The vertical belt also ensures that the caps / cups are oriented in the correct direction into the middle chute.

The design of the Elevator Unit combines both the loading and orienting operation in a single machine and also minimises the higher noise levels, which would otherwise be generated with conventional vibratory bowls inside the working area.
